Transform National Security Organizations: AI in Cyber Threat Intelligence

Description: The Office of Management and Budget has called artificial intelligence (AI) one of the most powerful technologies of our time. While agencies across the Federal government consider AI use cases, threat actors are already taking advantage of the technology to find ways to exploit weaknesses in our cyber defenses. Federal national security agencies including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) are keenly aware of the dangers these threat actors pose. While DHS works through its AI roadmap, it is turning to tools that incorporate AI to improve cyber threat intelligence and get ahead of cybercriminals and nation-state threat actors. But the agency and others face barriers to realizing the full potential of this transformational technology.
