Description: Testing centers of excellence (TCoEs) stand at the front lines of fostering innovation, ensuring quality, and driving speed in software testing and quality assurance practices. As Agile and DevOps practices have become increasingly mainstream and continuous testing has been integrated into the software delivery lifecycle, the role of TCoEs has evolved significantly.
